How long does order shipping take?

All confirmed orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. We only ship on weekdays Monday to Friday.

UPS is our official courier for domestic logistics. Standard delivery: 3-7 business days.

All overseas shipments are fulfilled by DHL. Estimated arrival time for international orders: 4-21 business days.

International delivery schedules are flexible and may be delayed because of customs inspection rules. Preppy Prodigy accepts no liability for customs tariffs, clearance charges or related fees.
